About Effective CAT

Founded in 2014 by all ex-Genesys staff, Effective CAT is a software development company whose sole business is centred on improving the customer experience with the Genesys contact centre.  Whilst at CAT we have a number of products under development we have two main products a predictive analytics tool (CAT) and an Automated Agent Scripting tool called KickAAS. 

CAT is a comprehensive software tool, which enables contact centre managers and workforce planners to analyse and predict the impact of changes to their system. 

KickAAS is a highly intuitive web based desktop application that allows the customer service agent to follow complex scripts.  AAS has been specifically developed to integrate into an existing Genesys environment providing immediate access to all Genesys interaction data such as Call Type,  CallSubtype, Skill, Inbound, Outbound and other attached data.
