Unable to connect to WFM Database
We are trying to run the Database utility but, we are getting the error message as Unable to connect to database.
Oracle Client 11g is installed
Oracle OLE DB Provider 11g installed
DAP is created with Database details
Microsoft .NET Framework Version 1.1 or higher is installed on the host.
WFM server, WFM DA and DBU is of 64 bit.
Restarted the host after installing the DBU as well.
All the above is done, still not able to connect to WFM database.

Pulse login URL shortcut and auto fullscreen wallboard on logon
i'm a french user, and i'd like to use Pulse with a solution named TVTools who broadcast information on TV customer centre.
I need to launch pulse automaticly , so with TVTools i can log in auto (script Java) but i would like to launch wallboard FullScreen mode.
Is it possible with Javascript? Or with an URL ?

Just curious to know whether customization possible in WWE (Workspace web edition) like it is done in WDE. On GTS documentation site there is no info available for this part.

How to create a custom report in GI2 with a few key measures?
We've recently deployed Interactive Insights and I'm looking to create a single report which exports to .csv so I can combine the data with other sources. Here are the historical activities/measures I'm trying to report on:
- Count of inbound customer email interactions that entered the contact centre
- Count of email interactions that were completed with a response to the customer
- Count of email interactions that were completed with no other action required
- Count of active email interactions
- Maximum age of active interactions
I've pored over the out-of-the-box reports and the GI2 user and universe guides, but its not obvious to me that these specific questions can be answered by the existing measures. The available measures in GI2 seem to answer questions that are LIKE the above but not precisely the same. For example, I can create a query in GI2 against the Business Attribute class and aggregate the number of 'Entered', 'Finished No Response' and 'Finished With Response' email interactions. But the 'Finished' count seem to be a subset of the interactions that 'Entered' on that da. This is different to what I want, i.e. I'm looking for the count of completed interactions on a given day, without respect for when the interactions entered the contact centre.
If anybody could help me understand how to report on those specific measures above that would be most appreciated. Or at least let me know whether it is even possible given the way data is structured in Info Mart.
