Ron Friedman We have an edge server and a borderless hub as the outbound provider and cannot call internatioanl numbers?
Can anyone help out with the edge configuration so we can make international calls? We are able to make local calls only.
Jakub NemecAs I know Edge is part of PureCloud solution, in that case you have to contact your Genesys representative or Genesys Care directly.
