SIP Server CallUUID changes in Multi-site Call Flow
Hi all, i hope you che help us with this scenario..
The scenario is that a call will arrive on SIP Server1 that is engaged by OCS and will then be routed to an agent on SIP Server2.
1. Call arrives to SIP Server1 from the Media Gateway and CallUUID %1% created
2. Call passed to SIP Server2 with the X-Genesys-CallUUID header
3. SIP Server2 creates CallUUID %2% and passes this back to SIP Server1 in the X-Genesys-CallUUID header
4. From that point forward SIP Server2 only uses the %2% CallUUID and this is what is sent to the agent in AttributeCallUUID.
In this scenario also CALLID field on G_CALL table of ICON DB supplied by SIP Server1 and SIP Server 2 are different.
How can we maintain the same CALLUID ?
Thank you
Riccardo
