Deema Sargent WDE monitoring not working with WWE
Hello,
We are running into an issue where a Supervisor using WWE cannot monitor an agent using WDE. I've confirmed with Genesys that this is possible but I cannot find any option that will fix this. The Supervisor has no issue monitoring agents using WWE and can see all the agents and has the monitoring options. Please assist.
