how to register a hardphones audiocodes 440hd in a sip server

i need to register 9 new hardphones audiocodes model 440hd in a sip server but the packet says me is UNREACHABLE what can i do

Please follow exact procedure on Audiocodes integration using the following link:

In case of further difficulties, we would need to create a case providing SIPServer log files and DN configuration.
