How would you setup the UCS Databse on the Primary vs Backup site ? Concerting about the UCS database redundacey ???
1. If I have the UCS primary and the UCS DB at Primary site and site completely went down then how would the Backup site would connect to the UCS DB ?

I created an application on GMS (source code in attachment), after execution, a second start is launched and the resulat is then 404 not found

We have a recording problem. This is exactly MOH issue.
If you listen to the recorded file after the call is finished, the silence is saved from the beginning, but the sound is recorded from the moment after press the hold button(Music On Hold) on the phone.
What settings cause this problem? I want to record from immediately after connecting the agent.

Below is a list of currently installed program versions.

Hello everyone

 am presenting a problem where, I have MCP for inbound and outbound calls, but for some reason, all the calls are being linked only by the inbound MCPs, the configuration of the LRG was validated and they are correct, they could support me in that I could check.

Hello! I'm using chats and emails, and noticed, that field dbo.Interaction.Text in UCS DB is present  for emails and I can use Classification Server for screening. But for chats I see there is field dbo.Interaction.StructuredText only, and Screening for chat transcript can't be performed - I see error 'field can't be NULL' in logs. How can I enable using dbo.Interaction.Text field for chats and Screening chat transcript?

Phone bar is frozen when we update standard response trhough Knowledge Manager. Reviewing GIS logs we can see errors once standard response are updated.

This error repets during the rest of the GIS log.

Does GIS update SRL correcty? Can it be the cause of the issue? What solution do you recommend?

Currently, our config DB is hosted on a non-redundant DBMS environment. We've setup a DBMS Environment with replication using the same host server on a different postgres port (5433), however, we can't switch over CfgServer to this new DBMS instance at port 5433.

Actions taken;
  • Edit confserv.conf and add [dbserver].port=5433, restart CfgServer.
  • Modify dbserver = pma1xxxppgdb01:5433 of confserv.conf and restart confserv Application, still no luck.
Has anyone done this before? if yes, how? Thank you in advance
